Payments can be made directly to the driver. For outstation one-way bookings, a prepayment on the website is required. You can pay the full amount to the driver upon pickup. Alternatively, full payment can be made online in the currency of your choice. A small prepayment secures your outstation booking, with the remaining balance to be paid in cash when the driver arrives.
We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, Paytm, and Google Pay. These platforms ensure secure transactions following international standards. Your payment information is processed through a secure payment gateway, guaranteeing the safety of your data and financial transactions.

The price shown on our website is for the car, not per passenger. The fare is based on the car type, not the number of passengers within the car's capacity. Please note that each vehicle class has a specified maximum passenger limit.
If your transfer is in less than 2 hours, you can modify the booking by contacting our support team.
To cancel a booking within 24 hours of your travel, please reach out to our support team. Important: If your cancellation is urgent, we may not be able to refund your prepayment. The free cancellation window is detailed in your email confirmation and on the Change/Cancel Booking page.
If your booking is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, your prepayment will be refunded within 2 business days. If the refund does not arrive within this timeframe, please check your balance history. If you still don’t see the refund, contact us at husainabid00@gmail.com for further assistance.
We will send you the driver's contact information a day before your travel. You will also receive an SMS with the driver's contact details on the phone number you provided during booking. Note: Use the phone number in the message to reach the driver, as the sender's number is not for communication. Additionally, if your trip is delayed by more than 30 minutes or rescheduled, please inform the driver.
We ensure that our driver will make every effort to meet you. The driver will have your contact details, and you will have theirs. Make sure your phone is on and accessible.
If the driver is not immediately visible, they may still be on their way. Wait for up to 15 minutes and try calling the driver. If the driver hasn't contacted you within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, please reach out to our support team by phone or email. Note: If the driver does not meet you, we guarantee a full refund.
