Refund Policy for Driver Booking

1. The refund of booking amount will be made in the following cases:

• a. In case the booking is for a journey starting post 7 am, the refund will be processed if the cancellation is done 3 hours in advance.
• b. In case the booking is for a journey starting before 7 am, the refund will be processed if the cancellation is done before 9 pm the day before, i.e., the night before the journey day.

2. In case of cancellation of a trip, which was an urgent booking made on short notice, i.e., after 9 pm for next day travel (for a trip starting any time between 9 pm to 8 am), no refund will be processed.

3. In case the trip is cancelled after the driver reaches the start destination, Rs 200 will be charged in addition to the booking amount for the travel expenses of the driver.

4. The time to process the refund is 2 working days after receiving the request.
